- Track and improve key performance indicators such as query resolution time and repeat queries
- Liaise with sales, IT, and operations teams to reduce sales queries and bottlenecks
- Build process and policy checks on SFDC workflow to minimize downstream leakages
- Support regular and ad‑hoc data analysis for business metrics
- Plan and execute time‑bounded projects for geo‑expansion
- Coordinate with internal teams for new branch launches
- Monitor productivity of branches under geo‑expansion
- Deliver critical business projects as assigned
What you’ll bring
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree
- 1-2 years experience in Financial Services industry
