What you’ll do

• Track and improve KPI metrics such as query resolution time
• Liaise with sales, IT, and operations teams to reduce sales queries
• Build process and policy checks on SFDC workflow
• Support regular and ad‑hoc data analysis for business metrics
• Plan and execute geo‑expansion projects
• Coordinate with internal teams for new branch launches
• Monitor productivity of branches under expansion
• Deliver critical business projects as assigned

What you’ll bring
