About the role

The Assistant Manager tracks key performance indicators, collaborates with sales, IT, and operations to resolve queries, builds workflow checks in SFDC, and supports data analysis and project execution. Based in Chalakudy, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Track and improve key performance indicators such as query resolution time
• Liaise with sales, IT, and operations teams to reduce sales queries and bottlenecks
• Build process and policy checks on SFDC workflow to minimize downstream leakages
• Support regular and ad‑hoc data analysis for business metrics
• Plan and execute time‑bounded projects for geographic expansion
• Coordinate with internal teams for new branch launches
• Monitor productivity of branches under geo‑expansion
• Provide data points for management reporting

What you’ll bring

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree
• 1-2 years experience in Financial Services industry
• Excellent communication skills
• High motivation and self-starter attitude
