About the role
Assistant Manager on the PLCS - Growth team at Bajaj Finance Limited, driving performance metrics and process improvements for sales and operations. What you’ll do
- Track and improve key performance indicators such as query resolution time
- Liaise with sales, IT, and Ops teams to reduce sales queries and bottlenecks
- Build process and policy checks on SFDC workflow to minimize leakages
- Support regular and ad-hoc data analysis for business metrics
- Plan and execute time-bound projects for geographic expansion
- Coordinate with internal teams for new branch launches
- Monitor productivity of branches under expansion
- Provide data points for management reporting
What you’ll bring
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree
- 1-2 years experience in Financial Services industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with high motivation
