About the role
Digital Office at HDFC ERGO is responsible for expanding open market insurance sales across the region. The Officer drives monthly motor and health targets, recruits and trains advisors, and builds relationships with motor dealers and bank branches to generate business. Based in Srinagar, on-site work with occasional travel to dealer locations.
What you’ll do
- Achieve monthly motor and health sales targets
- Recruit, train, and develop open market advisors
- Maintain a minimum number of advisor hires per month
- Visit motor dealers to generate business
- Coordinate with bank branches for business alignment
