About the role

The Officer drives monthly motor and health insurance targets, recruiting and training advisors to grow the channel. Works on the ground visiting motor dealers and bank branches in Odisha to generate business, with a hybrid of field visits and office coordination. Bhubaneshwar, India, on-site role with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Achieve monthly motor and health insurance targets
• Recruit, build, develop, and train open market advisors
• Ensure minimum advisor recruitment per month
• Generate business through regular visits to motor dealers
• Align with bank branches to drive insurance sales
