About the role

BI/Data Scientist apprentices create visualizations and dashboards with AWS, Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Qlikview, and Power BI, extracting data from diverse sources and collaborating with leadership to translate insights into strategies. Candidates must hold a B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, or related degree (2023/2024 graduates), thrive in fast‑paced environments, possess excellent communication skills, and work independently or collaboratively.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate candidate interviews and manage communication between hiring teams and applicants.
- Maintain recruitment databases and organize recruitment events.
- Ensure comprehensive onboarding process and handle administrative tasks.
- Oversee daily university campus operations and coordinate campus drives.
- Handle HR-related inquiries, case management, and data reporting using ServiceNow.
- Create and interpret reports, manage ServiceNow cases, and maintain accurate employee files.
- Create visualizations and dashboards using AWS, Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Qlikview, and Power BI.
- Extract data from diverse sources, perform data analysis, and collaborate with leadership to translate insights into strategies.
