About the role

What you’ll do
- Implement and monitor GXP requirements for QA functions
- Facilitate investigations, CAPA initiation, progress tracking, and closure
- Review and approve CAPA effectiveness and monitoring plans
- Prepare CAPA status and metric reports for senior management
- Participate in governance activities and trend assessments
What you’ll bring
- GXP knowledge (GCP, GVP, GMP, GDocP)
- CAPA and deviation management experience
- Stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with internal and external audits
- Change management and risk assessment expertise
