About the role
The Zonal Head TPP - Branch Banking role at MSME Business in Ernakulam, Kerala, India, is responsible for distributing Third Party Fee Income products such as Insurance, mutual Funds, E Broking, and RBI Bonds across allocated Branch Banking Zones and achieving business targets. Day-to-day, the role owns the zone TPP budget, creates monthly business plans with Zonal and Cluster Heads, engages local partners, drives certification and training for Branch Banking staff, and executes sales drives and activities to meet targets. The position is a full-time role based in Ernakulam.
What you’ll do
- Work with TPP head for allocation of budget at Branch level and resource level
- Create a monthly business plan with Zonal Heads and Cluster Heads
- Engage with partners at local level to ensure monthly plans are supported for achievement
- Drive Certification and Training of Branch Banking staff in zones
- Own the TPP Budget for the zone and execute business plan for achievement
- Create awareness and drive sales of TPP through the Zone
- Work closely with Branch Banking Zonal Heads on execution of plan and achievement of targets
- Create various drives and activities in zones, review partner activities at zonal level, and help in customer query and management at zonal level
