About the role
Lead the distribution of Third Party Fee Income products across branch banking zones, ensuring targets are met through budget allocation, business planning, and partner engagement.
What you’ll do
- Allocate branch-level budget and resources with TPP head.
- Create monthly business plans with Zonal and Cluster Heads.
- Engage local partners to support monthly plan execution.
- Drive certification and training for branch banking staff.
- Own and execute TPP budget to meet zone targets.
- Promote TPP sales and awareness within the zone.
- Collaborate with Zonal Heads on plan execution and target achievement.
- Organize drives and activities across zones.
- Review partner activities at the zonal level.
- Assist with customer queries and management at the zonal level.
What you’ll bring
- 10-14 years experience
- Graduation (any specialization)
- Post Graduation (any specialization)
- MBA preferable
