About the role
Lead the distribution of Third Party Fee Income products across branch banking zones in Kozhikode, ensuring targets are met through strategic planning, budgeting, and partner engagement.
What you’ll do
- Allocate budget and resources at branch level with TPP head
- Create monthly business plans with zonal and cluster heads
- Engage local partners to support monthly plans
- Drive certification and training for branch staff
- Own and execute TPP budget for the zone
- Create awareness and drive sales of TPP in the zone
- Collaborate with zonal heads on plan execution and target achievement
- Review partner activities and assist with customer queries
What you’ll bring
- 10-14 years experience

- MBA preferable
