About the role

What you’ll do
- Create crash finite element models for frontal, side, rear, and pedestrian tests
- Analyze crash test data to improve simulation correlation
- Collaborate with design teams to implement performance enhancements
- Mentor junior engineers and guide DVP simulations
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation
What you’ll bring
- 4-6 years automotive crash simulation experience
- Proficiency with LSDYNA, Hypermesh, Lsprepost, Primer

BTech or MTech in Engineering
