The Lead Senior CAE Engineer creates full vehicle crash models, runs simulations, and derives safety counter‑measures. Based in Bangalore, on‑site work required, collaborating with test teams to ensure compliance with FMVSS and ECE regulations.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain detailed vehicle crash models
Run and analyze LS Dyna crash simulations
Interpret results to recommend safety improvements
Ensure compliance with FMVSS/ECE standards
Collaborate with test engineering for validation

What you’ll bring

4+ years simulation experience with LS Dyna
Proficiency with Ansa, Metapost, Hyperview
Full vehicle model integration and debugging
Experience with frontal, side, or rear crash simulations
Knowledge of FMVSS and ECE crash regulations
Ability to develop counter‑measures from simulation data
Understanding of CAE and test correlation
