About the role
Recruiting team, Amazon India builds talent pipelines to support rapid growth of Amazon's operations in the region. The Associate Recruiter partners with business leaders to design and execute high‑volume and niche hiring strategies, manages candidate administration, agency relationships, and coordinates interview events. Bengaluru, India, hybrid – 3 days onsite, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Support execution of recruiting plans to meet hiring requirements
- Manage candidate administration including applicant tracking, scheduling, and job postings
- Build and maintain active candidate pools for future hiring targets
- Manage relationships with recruiting agencies
- Plan and coordinate interview events and assessments
- Liaise with candidates to communicate logistics and background check processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate recruiting plan effectiveness
- Provide recruiting and talent acquisition guidance to personnel at all levels
What you’ll bring
