About the role

Vehicle Engineering Solutions (VES) team at Mahindra & Mahindra drives advanced cockpit electronics testing for infotainment, heads‑up display, and vehicle connectivity. The Lead Engineer designs and executes automated and manual test environments, creates test plans, scripts, and manages defect tracking on HIL test benches. Chennai, India, on-site, full-time, senior level.

What you’ll bring

• 6-8 years experience in driver display and connectivity testing
• Expertise with CAN, LIN, Ethernet, J1939, UDS protocols
• Proficient in CAPL, Python, C#, VB, LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink
• Hands‑on with CANoe, CANalyzer, Vehicle Spy, dSPACE/NI HIL simulators
• Experience with A‑SPICE/CMMI Level 5 compliance
• Knowledge of ISO26262 functional safety standards

BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in ECE/EEE/Electronics
