About the role

Dy. Chief Expert – RAMS is a senior contract role focused on ensuring reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety of signalling, SCADA, and ticketing systems for the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project. The position requires deep expertise in RAMS analysis, performance data collection, and statutory approval coordination, supporting the project’s lifecycle from design through construction.

What you’ll do

  • Review RAMS of systems across lifecycle.
  • Collect and analyze performance data for RAMS metrics.
  • Provide inputs for RAMS improvement.
  • Proof‑check verification & validation reports.
  • Assist NHSRCL in obtaining statutory approvals.
  • Coordinate with agencies (ISA, CMRS, etc.).
  • Stand in for Chief Expert‑OCC during absence.

What you’ll bring

  • Engineering graduate (B.E/B.Tech/Diploma) in Electrical/Electronics.
  • 15+ years experience in railways/metro projects.
  • 8+ years managing RAMS/System Assurance during construction.
  • Proven expertise in signalling, SCADA, ticketing systems.

Skills
