Branch Network team at Axis Bank, overseeing a cluster of branches to drive business expansion and profitability. Leads branch heads in implementing growth plans, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Kannur, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Implement cluster business plan through branch heads for profitable growth
• Plan and execute branch expansion and upgrade initiatives
• Establish budgets, targets, and guide branch heads in business planning
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers to generate business
• Monitor cluster and branch performance against targets, quality, and compliance
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and address audit observations
• Coach and mentor high-potential talent for higher responsibilities
• Coordinate manpower needs and liaise with project, infrastructure, and support teams

What you’ll bring

• Post-Graduation (MBA-Marketing preferred)
