Axis Bank seeks a Cluster Head in Kolkata to lead branch network expansion and profitability. The role involves guiding Branch Heads, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving deposit mobilization strategies. This senior position requires extensive experience in banking operations and team leadership.

What you’ll do

Head network of branches for business expansion and growth
Implement cluster business plan through Branch Heads
Plan branch expansion and upgradation of extension counters
Establish budgets and targets for business plans
Strengthen relations with Key Customers
Review performance for target achievement and compliance
Coach and mentor high potential talent
Liaise with infrastructure and support service providers

What you’ll bring

Graduation or Post-Graduation (MBA-Marketing preferred)
15 - 20 Years of experience
NCFM and AMFI Certifications

Nice to have

Knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
Good communication skills in English and local language
Ability to manage complex client situations and risk
Ability to coach and mentor others
