About the role

Cluster HR Head at Adani Group leads the HR & IR function for the Singrauli cluster, shaping a high‑performing, inclusive workforce and ensuring statutory compliance. The role partners with the Cluster Head and business leaders to design HR strategy, drive talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational design while managing a team of 3‑5 HR professionals. Based in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh, India, this on‑site position offers relocation assistance.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with Cluster Head and HODs to define HR strategy
• Lead execution of strategic HR & IR initiatives at cluster level
• Prepare and manage cluster HR budget
• Drive adherence to HR & IR policies and frameworks
• Participate in organization design and workforce planning
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management and learning
• Manage employee relations and industrial relations issues
• Build leadership pipeline and employer branding

What you’ll bring

• MBA or MSW or PG in Industrial Relations
• Engineering graduate preferred
• Minimum 18 years total experience
• 3 years in similar HR leadership role
• Experience leading HR for medium/small organizations in mining, ports, power or thermal sectors
• HR leadership of 3‑5 direct reports
• Exposure to defining HR annual charter for clusters
• Robust experience handling industrial relations and labour unions
