About the role

Adani Group – Cluster HR leadership team drives people strategy for the Tamnar cluster, building a high‑performing, engaged workforce across mining, ports and power operations. The role defines and executes HR and industrial relations initiatives, oversees talent acquisition, learning, performance management and employee engagement, and ensures statutory compliance and union relations. Based in Tamnar, on‑site work model, with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with Cluster Head and HODs to align HR strategy with business priorities
  • Define annual HR charter and roadmap for the cluster
  • Lead execution of HR & IR initiatives, including policy adherence and budget management
  • Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement
  • Manage industrial relations, union negotiations and statutory compliance
  • Drive organization design, workforce planning and talent management processes
  • Coordinate cluster performance reviews and action planning

What you’ll bring

  • MBA or related postgraduate degree
  • Engineering degree preferred
  • Minimum 18 years total experience
  • 3+ years leading HR function for similar-sized organizations
  • Experience managing a team of 3‑5 HR professionals
  • Proven track record in strategic HR and IR initiatives
  • Strong understanding of local labour laws and union dynamics

Nice to have
