About the role

Branch Banking team at Axis Bank drives retail customer engagement and deposit mobilization. The Branch Relationship Officer provides financial solutions, cross‑sells products, and manages customer transactions while ensuring compliance and audit standards. Miraj branch, on-site, full‑time role with a focus on customer acquisition and relationship management.

What you’ll do

• Provide financial solutions and cross‑sell bank products to existing and new customers
• Generate referrals and leads through customer visits and marketing activities
• Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TAT
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and audit requirements
• Maintain customer interaction records in CRM system
• Complete mandatory certifications and training programs
• Promote alternate banking channels such as internet and mobile banking
• Achieve assigned business budgets and deposit targets

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years experience in banking
• Graduation or Post‑Graduation from recognized institute
• Knowledge of KYC, AML and banking regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to sell financial products and meet business budgets
• Proficiency in handling cash transactions and documentation
• Fluency in English and local language
• Strong networking and relationship building
