What you’ll do
- Build and grow trade and forex business across the zone
- Achieve regional TFX business targets
- Monitor compliance with trade regulations, AML, KYC
- Guide trade counsellors and desk officers
- Maintain high service standards to reduce customer attrition
What you’ll bring
- Graduate in any discipline
- Postgraduate degree preferred (MBA or PGDM)
Nice to have
- 2+ years trade finance and retail liabilities experience
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of trade and forex products and compliance
