About the role

Regional Head – Trade at IDFC FIRST Bank leads the Trade and Forex business across the Delhi zone, driving growth, service excellence, and regulatory compliance. The role builds and scales the TFX portfolio, guides branch teams, and ensures targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Delhi, On-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Build and grow the Trade and Forex business across the zone leveraging branch banking teams
• Achieve TFX business targets for the region
• Monitor compliance with trade regulations, AML, and KYC norms
• Maintain high service standards to minimize customer attrition
• Support and guide Trade Counsellors and Trade Desk Officers

What you’ll bring

• Graduate in any discipline
• Postgraduate degree preferred (MBA or PGDM)
• 2+ years relevant experience in Trade Finance and Retail Liabilities
