About the role

INFC Central Flow team is the centralized "air traffic control" for Amazon's outbound fulfillment operations across India, Australia, and Singapore, optimizing workflows through standardized shift planning and automation. The Regional Manager leads a team of Central Flow Leads, develops tools, monitors performance, and collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve outbound productivity and customer experience. Gurugram, Haryana, IND, on-site work model, relocation available.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop a team of Central Flow Leads
• Teach detailed outbound flow concepts to fulfillment centers
• Continuously improve outbound flow processes and procedures
• Monitor FC performance and take corrective actions to optimize productivity
• Develop tools and automate manual business processes
• Audit standard process adherence and adjust standards as needed
• Coordinate with multiple FCs to address concerns and provide daily reports
• Set performance goals to meet customer promise expectations

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field
• 2+ years supply chain, inventory or project management experience
• Experience with cross‑functional teams
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)
• SQL proficiency
