About the role
Axalta Mobility Coatings team drives growth in the Commercial Vehicle segment by managing OEM relationships and launching new paint products. The Regional Sales Manager will cultivate bus, truck, tipper and 2‑wheel OEM customers, coordinate cross‑functional teams for product approvals, and deliver revenue and EBITDA targets. Based in India with a remote work model, extensive travel across the region is required.
What you’ll bring
- 7-10 years coatings industry experience
- Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering or Paint Technology
- Proven track record in technical, process and commercial roles
- Strong customer relationship and influencing skills
- Project management of multi‑functional teams
- Data‑driven decision making and analytical problem solving
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce a plus
- Ability to travel extensively
