About the role
Senior product development leader with deep Java expertise, driving design, implementation, and quality across complex projects, while coaching teams and optimizing processes for operational excellence.
What you’ll do
- Align product development with organizational vision
- Design, implement, and maintain Java applications
- Drive best practices, quality, and consistency
- Identify and resolve production and non‑production issues
- Lead multiple projects and manage stakeholder communication
- Coach and develop team members
- Monitor program activities for improvement and cost reduction
What you’ll bring
- Proficient in Java, Core Java, JSP, Servlets, ORM, JavaScript, DHTMLX, GWT, Tomcat
- Experience with Ant, Maven, Gradle, and Java web services
- Strong SQL, J2EE, MVC, JDBC, RESTful API knowledge
- Excellent coding, debugging, unit testing, and documentation skills
- Leadership experience coaching and developing development teams
Nice to have
- Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills
- Self‑motivated fast learner with proven results
- Versatile thinker across industries and technologies
