About the role

Ecsme seeks an experienced AI Product Director to shape and execute AI strategy across Telco and Fintech domains. The director will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, translate business objectives into AI features, and present outcomes to C‑level stakeholders. Candidates must bring 10+ years in product/project management, 5+ years in AI/ML initiatives, and a strong background in telecom or financial technology AI applications. Leadership, strategic vision, and change‑management skills are essential, along with proficiency in Agile frameworks and cloud AI platforms. The position is based in Hyderabad, with hybrid work options.

What you’ll do

  • Define and own AI product strategy and roadmap
  • Lead AI/ML initiatives from POC to industrialization
  • Ensure measurable ROI and AI adoption across units
  • Engage C-level executives and stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into AI product features and KPIs

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years product/project management experience
  • 5+ years delivering AI/ML projects
  • Master’s degree in Engineering/CS/Statistics/Math
  • Strong Telco/Fintech AI background

Nice to have

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices
  • Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • BI & analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Bilingual proficiency: English & French
