SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Senior Specialist

About the role

A senior payroll technology role supporting a partner company's enterprise payroll implementations. The position focuses on translating complex HR requirements into scalable solutions using SAP SuccessFactors and ADP GlobalView Payroll. This remote-based position is located in India.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end functional and technical requirements for payroll implementations
• Gather, analyze, and document payroll and HR system requirements
• Convert business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Review technical design documents, integration specs, and data mappings
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure solution quality and compliance
• Support system integration testing, UAT, and defect triage activities
• Identify solution gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
• Provide guidance throughout implementation, deployment, and post-implementation phases

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years experience in payroll, HRIS, or enterprise implementation
• Mandatory hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView Payroll
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and payroll integrations
• Proven skills in requirements gathering and business process analysis
• Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, or Business Administration
• Strong knowledge of US and Canada payroll compliance processes
