About the role

SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consulting team at YASH Technologies delivers end‑to‑end payroll solutions for global enterprises. The role configures and supports Employee Central Payroll, integrates EC with ECP, runs payroll cycles, and resolves master‑data and interface issues. Based in Hyderabad, on‑site work model, with collaboration across global teams and occasional travel for client engagements.

What you’ll do

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll components
• Execute payroll runs, monitor, handle errors and post‑payroll processes
• Implement and validate Payroll Control Center rules and alerts
• Gather requirements, create functional design docs, and conduct SIT/UAT testing
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless EC‑ECP integration
• Provide production support, incident management, and enhancements
• Develop training materials and conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions

What you’ll bring

• 3–8 years SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementation/support
• Strong SAP Payroll and wage‑type configuration experience
• Hands‑on EC‑ECP integration via PTP, BIB, replication
• Knowledge of Payroll Control Center and statutory compliance (India/GCC)
• Excellent debugging and issue‑resolution skills
• Effective communication with global stakeholders
