The analyst collaborates with HR and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, manages enhancements, and oversees quality assurance of functional configurations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential for liaising between internal teams and implementation partners.

What you’ll bring

- 5+ years SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience training and supporting global end users on SAP SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of HR process transformation and automation best practices
- Experience developing and maintaining process documentation
