About the role

Data Science team at Bluevine India builds advanced marketing analytics and campaign modeling solutions to drive acquisition growth. The Lead designs and deploys predictive response and approval models, conducts experiment analysis, and partners with marketing, risk, and engineering to integrate insights into campaigns. Bengaluru, hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

Design and build predictive response and approval models for marketing campaigns
Analyze match backs and calculate expected value for direct mail and paid media initiatives
Partner with marketing to design experiments, define KPIs, and extract actionable insights
Implement production-ready models using software engineering best practices
Monitor and improve model performance over time
Collaborate with global Data Science, Marketing, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams

What you’ll bring

8+ years data science experience in marketing/growth
Strong Python proficiency with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Advanced SQL and large-scale relational database experience
Expertise in statistical testing and experiment design
Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills
Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field
