What you’ll do

- Design and implement Bayesian models

- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks
- Deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Mentor junior team members
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong foundation in econometrics and time series
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with Databricks
- Experience with ARIMA, SARIMA, VAR
- Causal inference (A/B testing, quasi‑experimental methods)
- Bayesian statistics
- Markov chains or stochastic modeling
