About the role

Axis Bank seeks a Branch Head in Tonk to oversee branch operations and drive financial performance. The role involves managing daily activities, implementing growth strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This on-site position requires strong leadership and banking expertise.

What you’ll do

• Ensure efficient daily operation of the branch
• Prepare and implement plans for branch business growth
• Establish relations with key customers to generate business
• Review reports and take proactive action for profitable business
• Ensure audit deliverables and regulatory compliance
• Create a performance-oriented environment for staff
• Train staff on products, sales processes, and policies
• Liaise with cluster office for smooth management

What you’ll bring

• Graduate or MBA (Marketing) preferred
• 10-15 years of BFSI sector experience
• NCFM and AMFI Certifications
• Knowledge of banking products and services

Nice to have

• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Ability to manage complex client situations
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
