What you’ll do

• Define and drive Python automation strategy aligned with quality vision
• Establish reusable frameworks and standards for SDET teams
• Lead cross‑functional teams delivering high‑performance automation
• Monitor KPIs such as coverage, defect leakage, and test effectiveness
• Drive AI/ML‑based testing innovation and self‑healing frameworks
• Mentor and coach SDET engineers to foster engineering excellence

• 5+ years Python automation
• REST Assured API testing
• Selenium/Cypress/Playwright frameworks
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Oracle and MS SQL databases
• Test design (TDD) and risk management
