The SDET leads cross-functional teams to build scalable automation frameworks, enforce governance, and improve quality metrics across complex distributed systems. Based in Noida, India, on-site work model with opportunities to mentor and shape testing excellence.

What you’ll do

• Define automation strategy and governance
• Create reusable Python frameworks
• Drive shift-left testing and AI/ML test analytics
• Monitor KPIs like coverage and defect leakage
• Mentor and lead cross-functional SDET teams

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years Python automation
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
• REST Assured API testing
• CI/CD pipeline knowledge
• Oracle and MS SQL expertise
• Test design TDD practices
• Leadership of SDET teams
