Security Specialist - Offensive Security

About the role

A seasoned Red Team Specialist who designs and executes sophisticated adversary simulations across network, hybrid cloud, web, and mobile environments. Leverages industry-leading tools such as Cobalt Strike, Empire, and Cymulate to emulate realistic attack scenarios, uncovering vulnerabilities and validating defensive controls. Manages end-to-end red team operations, from initial access to persistence, and develops custom scripts and payloads to automate testing. Oversees vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs and maintaining accurate inventory of tools and engagements. Drives continuous improvement of offensive testing programs and prepares comprehensive deliverables for stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Conduct full lifecycle red team operations, from initial access to persistence
• Manage command‑and‑control infrastructures (Cobalt Strike, Empire, etc.)
• Lead engagement scoping, threat emulation planning, and simulation setup
• Develop custom scripts, payloads, and automation for offensive testing
• Maintain vendor inventory, onboarding, off‑boarding, and SLA compliance
