About the role

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Senior Manager/Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer - Finishes for Commercial, Hospitality, or Mixed Use projects in Bengaluru, India. The role supervises daily site activities focused on civil works, assists the Project Manager in executing civil activities, and ensures work follows drawings and specifications. The position is full-time and on-site.

What you’ll do

• Supervise daily activities at site mainly concentrating on civil works
• Assist Project Manager in execution of civil activities
• Execute work at site as per the drawings and specification
• Prepare MIS report (Daily report)
• Coordinate with contractor ensuring quality of execution with safety and timely completion of job as per schedule
• Monitor contractor's work
• Assist QA/QC – in charge ensuring quality parameters are met

What you’ll bring

• Experience working majorly on high-end finishes
• Exposure to Commercial, Hospitality, or Mixed Use facility projects
• Good communication skills
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English and local language
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
