About the role

The Virtual Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio, cross‑sell third‑party products, and grow balance‑sheet relationships by collaborating with virtual relationship managers. What you’ll do
- Proactively engage with clients to assess financial needs and provide solutions
- Drive product-wise targets and cross‑sell based on demographics and risk profiling
- Acquire, deepen, and upgrade ETB and NTB relationships
- Ensure balance‑sheet growth and segment migration
- Assess risk and ensure compliance with regulations
What you’ll bring
- Post graduate from a recognized institute
- 5-8 years in BFSI sector
- AMFI certified
- IRDA certified
- PMS certified
