About the role

As an Associate Engagement Manager you will govern AI-driven programs, manage delivery teams, and ensure high‑quality outcomes while aligning technical roadmaps with business goals. Bengaluru, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration across global teams.
What you’ll do
- Manage project delivery, team, and customer relations
- Support project estimation and SOW creation
- Track forecasts, resource utilization, and profitability
- Drive AI‑driven engagements and governance
- Lead cross‑functional AI solution teams
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to define architecture
- Ensure compliance, fairness, and responsible AI implementation
- Maintain stakeholder communication and reporting
What you’ll bring
- 6-9 years of program or project management experience
- Proven ability to lead AI/LLM initiatives
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Strong stakeholder and operational management skills
- Hands‑on with Google Workspace and project management tools
- Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of LLM lifecycle, RAG, and prompt engineering
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution
