About the role
Nagarro seeks a Senior Staff Consultant to lead SAP LeanIX administration and enterprise architecture modeling in Gurugram. The role involves analyzing client requirements, defining solution architectures, and managing application lifecycle tracking within the platform. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring extensive experience in technical documentation and stakeholder coordination.
What you’ll do
- Analyze functional requirements and client needs in project context
- Envision overall solutions and define technologies, patterns, and frameworks
- Determine and implement design methodologies and tool sets
- Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities for application development
- Lead or support UAT and production rollouts
- Create and validate WBS and effort estimates for modules/tasks
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and resolve issues raised during code/design reviews
- Conduct POCs to ensure designs meet requirements
What you’ll bring
- 11+ years of total professional experience
- Hands-on administration and modeling within SAP LeanIX
- Proficiency in workspace navigation and fact-sheet management
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks
- Experience bridging technical ADR documentation with architecture management

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
