About the role

Nagarro seeks a Senior Staff Consultant to lead communication design, focusing on corporate branding and digital content creation. The role involves crafting executive presentations, managing SharePoint sites, and producing engaging visual assets for internal campaigns. This full-time position is based in Gurugram, India.

What you’ll do

• Create professional presentations for leadership meetings and business reviews
• Develop digital content including posters, newsletters, infographics, and videos
• Design and maintain SharePoint sites with modern layouts and branding consistency
• Convert business updates and data into impactful visual communication assets
• Support internal communication campaigns and employee engagement programs
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content creation and production processes
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and digital platforms
• Manage and publish content across internal digital channels for accuracy and engagement

What you’ll bring

• 7.5+ years experience in digital content creation, corporate communications, or branding
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Multimedia, IT, or related field
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and graphic design
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint page/site creation and content management

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools like HeyGen, Copilot, ChatGPT, or Synthesia
• Experience in video editing and basic motion graphics creation
• Proven ability to translate business data into compelling visual stories
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
