About the role

Services team at AVEVA delivers cutting‑edge industrial software solutions. As a Senior Staff Consultant you will design, develop and maintain MES applications using C#, .NET and Web APIs, optimize SQL Server databases, build responsive front‑end components, and integrate with systems like SAP and PLCs. Hybrid role (50% onsite) based in Bangalore or Hyderabad, India, collaborating with process engineers and production teams to support manufacturing operations.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop and maintain MES applications using C#/.NET and Web APIs
• Create and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and schemas
• Implement responsive front‑end components with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Integrate external systems such as SAP, PLCs, and SCADA
• Gather requirements and participate in system design and code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in manufacturing environments
• Collaborate with process engineers and production teams to capture MES needs
• Ensure coding best practices, security, and system performance
• Maintain detailed technical documentation

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years C#/.NET/Web API development
• Proficient MS SQL Server with T‑SQL and performance tuning
• Strong JavaScript front‑end development
• Knowledge of ISA‑95, 21 CFR Part 11 or GMP compliance
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop‑floor integration
