What you’ll do
- Ensure achievement of top line business targets by sourcing business through channel teams
- Build and nurture relationships with bank branches and cross-sell other products
- Handle all end-to-end product activities from login to disbursement
- Liaise with departments such as Credit and Operations to ensure smooth process flows
- Acquire channel partners (Connectors) for sourcing products
- Prevent or minimize fraudulent and risky proposals entering the system
- Act as absolute owner of the mapped book and manage the customer life cycle
- Manage portfolio health, DPDs, timely interest servicing, renewals, and deferrals
