About the role

Channels & Alliances technical solutions team at Datadog enables partner growth by delivering onboarding, training, and technical guidance for cloud migration, modernization, and DevOps transformation. The Partner Solutions Architect works closely with the Director of Partner Solutions Architects to drive joint initiatives, conduct demos, proofs of value, and advocate partner technical concerns while shaping product enhancements. Bangalore, hybrid work model with flexible onsite days, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

  • Lead partner onboarding, training, and certification
  • Collaborate on joint business planning and technical reviews
  • Deliver demos, proofs of value, and enablement workshops
  • Advocate partner technical concerns to internal Datadog teams
  • Analyze partner service offerings and recommend Datadog feature adoption
  • Partner with product, engineering, and technical services to prioritize new capabilities
  • Curate best practices for Datadog platform adoption

What you’ll bring

  • 10-15 years in customer or partner facing technical role
  • Hands‑on experience with observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace)
  • Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba)
  • Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
  • Scripting/programming skills (Python, JavaScript, Go, etc.)
  • Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
  • CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
