Partner Solution Architect

About the role

Partner Delivery Success team at Zuora Global Services ensures the partner ecosystem can plan, architect, and deliver high-quality implementations. As a Partner Solution Architect you will provide technical leadership to partners during solution design, implementation planning, and delivery, guiding architecture, mitigating risks, and enhancing partner capability. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India with an on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Provide technical leadership to partners during scoping, discovery, solution design, and implementation planning
• Design and validate solution architectures aligning with Zuora best practices
• Review partner technical deliverables for compliance with architecture standards
• Produce architecture artifacts such as diagrams, process flows, and documentation
• Serve as technical point of contact for partner-led implementations, supporting requirements, escalations, and hypercare
• Identify technical delivery risks early and define mitigation strategies
• Drive partner technical enablement through training, certification, and guidance sessions
• Share field feedback with internal teams to improve product adoption

Nice to have

• Enterprise-level experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Technical Consultant, or Business Consultant in professional services or partner delivery
• Experience delivering moderate to complex ERP, billing, revenue, procurement, or CRM solutions
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, systems design, integration, implementation, and technical documentation
• Experience with data migration, interfaces, reporting, testing, and support across end-to-end implementations
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Strong executive presence influencing partners and internal stakeholders
• Comfortable working across distributed teams and managing multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with Finance and business stakeholders
