About the role

o9 Solutions’ Demand Planning team builds AI‑driven supply‑chain solutions that help global brands like Google and Walmart optimize inventory and logistics. The role designs, configures, and tests end‑to‑end o9 platform modules, turning business requirements into technical specifications and delivering data‑driven insights. Based in Bangalore, the position requires on‑site presence with occasional travel to client sites.

What you’ll do

• Design end‑to‑end o9 solution architecture
• Configure platform and build complex datasets
• Perform data analytics, forecasting and visualization
• Execute testing protocols and automate test cases
• Mentor junior analysts
• Deliver Super User and End User training
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients
• Ensure successful project delivery and value realization

What you’ll bring

• Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics or related field
• 1 year of experience in supply‑chain planning solutions
• Statistical, optimization and simulation skills using R, SAS, CPLEX or similar
• Proficiency in SQL, MDX, T-SQL
• Experience with agile methodology
• Strong analytical and data mining techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
