About the role

Senior PeopleSoft HCM consultant with 9+ years of experience in PeopleSoft 8.x/9.x, specializing in core HR, benefits, payroll, and performance modules. Expert in PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Designer, Integration Broker, and interface design. Proven ability to gather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, write functional and technical specifications, and execute comprehensive testing. Comfortable working in shifts, including night rotations, and collaborating closely with client stakeholders. Open to relocation to Bangalore or Hyderabad.

What you’ll bring

9+ years of PeopleSoft HCM consulting experience
Hands-on with PeopleSoft 8.x/9.x modules
Strong PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Designer skills
Experience in interface design and integration
Knowledge of SQR, Crystal Reports, Java, HTML

Nice to have

Experience with PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal
JavaScript knowledge
Healthcare industry exposure
Willingness to relocate to Bangalore or Hyderabad
