Senior Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Lead

About the role

Hitachi Vantara seeks a Senior Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Lead to support and enhance global ERP supply chain operations. The role involves designing solutions, configuring Oracle setups, and leading functional support for Inventory, Order Management, and Shipping modules. This is a remote position open to candidates across the United States.

What you’ll do

• Lead functional support and enhancements for Oracle EBS modules including Inventory, Order Management, and Shipping Execution
• Gather business requirements, design solutions, configure Oracle setups, and oversee testing and deployment
• Develop functional designs, configuration documentation, process flows, and use cases for supply chain modules
• Partner with technical teams to define integrations, reports, extensions, and data conversions
• Own creation and execution of SIT/UAT scenarios, cutover plans, and readiness checklists
• Provide expert production support, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain stable operations
• Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, approval workflows, and segregation of duties
• Collaborate with Analytics to define KPIs, dashboards, and exception-based reporting

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules (INV, PO, OM, Shipping, BOM, Cost Management, Procurement)
• Strong understanding of O2C and P2P processes integrated with Finance
• Solid SQL skills for analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience in SOX-controlled multinational environments

Nice to have

• Exposure to EDI, supplier portals, 3PL integrations, or cloud procurement tools
• Experience leading ERP enhancements, deployments, or integrations
• Knowledge of Agile, OUM/AIM methodologies, or ITIL processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
