The Technical Trainer designs and delivers technical training programs, creates and updates training content, and manages training resources and partners. Kharkhoda, on-site, with opportunities to collaborate across business verticals and external agencies.

What you’ll do

• Impart technical trainings in the automobile domain
• Plan and execute the training calendar
• Develop and review technical training content
• Manage training resources and partner relationships
• Identify training needs across business verticals and analyze training effectiveness
• Coordinate with external agencies and government bodies for training development
• Adopt industry best practices for training delivery
• Develop, maintain, and upgrade training facilities
