About the role

AHEAD’s VMware Technical Trainer leads live instructor‑led sessions on VMware vSphere, NSX, vSAN, Horizon, Cloud Foundation and Tanzu, building advanced training programs for corporate clients and internal teams. The role designs curriculum, develops labs, and mentors junior trainers while supporting pre‑sales technical presentations. Based in India with a remote work model, the position offers flexibility and access to a multi‑million‑dollar lab environment.

Deliver instructor‑led online and classroom VMware training
Design and update technical training content
Develop real‑time lab environments
Provide certification‑oriented training
Support pre‑sales technical presentations
Mentor junior trainers
Troubleshoot virtualization and networking issues

12+ years VMware training
VMware Certified Trainer
vSphere, NSX, vSAN expertise
PowerCLI scripting
LMS platform experience

Nice to have

Bachelor’s in CS/IT
VCP/VCAP/VCDX preferred
AWS/Azure/Kubernetes knowledge
